Privacy policy

1. Controller

The data controller is NN INTERNATIONAL FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question about your data write to info@hvcklife.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, password (stored only in encrypted form, nobody can read it) and the section you are interested in (Ecom, Trading or Mindset).
• What you write on the platform: community posts and comments, support requests, texts and images you ask the AI Studio for.
• Purchases: what you bought, when and the amount. Card details are handled by Stripe: we never see them.
• Technical data: like every website, the server logs IP address, browser type, requested pages, date and time, to run and protect the platform.

3. Why we use them and on what basis

We do not sell your data and we make no automated decisions about you.

• To create and manage your account and give you access: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about the paths you are interested in: your request at sign-up (Art. 6.1.b) and our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f). You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To handle payments and invoices: legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
• For platform security: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).

4. How long we keep them

As long as you have an account. If you ask us to delete it, we erase your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (for example purchase records, up to 10 years). Technical logs stay with the hosting provider for a few days.

5. Who can see them

Only people working for the controller and the providers who help us, as processors (Art. 28 GDPR):

• Railway Corp. (United States), hosting the platform and database;
• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., for payments;
• Anthropic PBC (United States), processing the texts you request from the AI Studio;
• Google Ireland Ltd., with Gemini, creating the images you request from the AI Studio;
• Google Ireland Ltd., for fonts (Google Fonts receives your IP address and sets no cookies);
• those in charge of developing and maintaining the platform.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

The controller is based in the United Arab Emirates, which has no EU adequacy decision: the transfer is necessary to provide the service you requested (Art. 49.1.b GDPR). US providers process data under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

7. Cookies

The platform only uses technical cookies, which need no consent: hvck_session, which keeps you signed in (30 days), and lang, which remembers your language (1 year). We use no profiling cookies or advertising pixels; if we ever add them, we will ask first.

If you tap the WhatsApp or Telegram buttons you leave the platform, and their own rules apply.

8. Your rights

Write to info@hvcklife.com: we reply within one month (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, garanteprivacy.it).

• know what data we hold about you and get a copy;
• correct or complete it;
• erase it;
• restrict or object to processing;
• receive it in a readable format (portability);
• withdraw consent, without affecting what was done before.

9. Minors

The platform is for adults only. If you are under 18, do not sign up.

10. Changes

If we change how we use your data, we update this page and the date below.
