1. Who we are

The platform is run by NN INTERNATIONAL FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: info@hvcklife.com.

2. What the platform offers

Educational content on e-commerce, trading and mindset, a members' community and support tools. Sign-up is free; some paths or services are paid and the price is always shown before purchase.

HVCKLIFE provides education: it is not a financial adviser, does not manage money on members' behalf and gives no personalised investment advice.

3. Account

• You must be at least 18 and give true details.
• Your account is personal: you may not share it or hand over access.
• You are responsible for your password. If you think someone knows it, change it and tell us.

4. Community rules

Respect is required. Not allowed:

• insults, threats, discriminatory or illegal content;
• spam, unsolicited ads, asking other members for money or promising them earnings;
• other people's personal data without their permission.

We may remove content that breaks these rules and, in serious cases, suspend the account.

5. Content and intellectual property

Videos, texts, materials and trademarks belong to the controller or its licensors. You may use them only for your own learning: you may not copy, resell, record or share them outside the platform.

What you write in the community stays yours; you allow us to show it to other members inside the platform.

6. Purchases and withdrawal

Payments go through Stripe. For digital content, consumers have 14 days to withdraw; the right is lost once, with your consent, you start accessing the purchased content. For refund requests write to info@hvcklife.com.

7. No guaranteed results

Results depend on you, the time you put in and the market. Nothing on the platform is a promise of earnings: see also the disclaimer.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep the platform running, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or technical issues. We are not liable for your decisions, your trades or third-party services (WhatsApp, Telegram, trading or e-commerce platforms). Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Closing your account

You can ask to close your account at any time by writing to info@hvcklife.com. We may close it if you break these terms.

10. Changes and governing law

If we change these terms we update the date below and notify you of important changes. If you are an EU consumer, the protections of your country's law and courts still apply.
